I have lived in Union City for many years, I am knowledgeable in painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, and printmaking. I am also well versed in darkroom photography as well as digital photography. One of my best qualities is my ability to connect with my students and adapt my lessons to content that is relevant. I use various types of teaching techniques; including hands on projects, visual presentations as well as writing components.  My previous employments were for the Lyndhurst Board of Education. I taught in Lyndhurst High School, Roosevelt, Jefferson and Lincoln Upper Elementary Schools. I am eager to expand my knowledge and develop my skills as an educator for the Union City Board of Education.

With the help of students and parents, we at Jefferson School honor our Fallen Heroes. May these poppies show our support to all our soldiers and our hope that they stay safe.

Quarantine buddy
A collaboration with first grade teacher, Ms. Diaz. The topic was geometry so we decided to create a "Quarantine Buddy". A geometric, man-made friend to keep us company during these troubling times.
