This month's Parent Breakfast workshop topic was Heart Health. On hand to share vital information was Vicky Coll, Community Impact Director from the American Heart Association. She spoke about the dangers of Vaping, E-Cigarettes in youth and the negative effects seen in the media as well as information on how to keep healthy.
